Years of expertise in diversity and recruitment is combined with worked examples, case studies and interactive scenarios specifically tailored to your organisation for maximum relevance, impact and engagement.

After analysing responses from pre-course questionnaires sent to all delegates, up to ten telephone interviews will be conducted to glean specific information about challenges in your organisation that we can build learning scenarios around.

Irrespective of the specific workshop focus, the day will begin with a powerful exploration of understanding around various aspects of diversity aimed at dispelling some myths and making some important distinctions to ensure everyone is on the same page. After establishing why diversity is important and how to build a business case around more diverse recruitment, a series of interactive sessions explores the reality of diversity in your organisation, building in real life examples, including content from ClearKit and utilising output from ClearAssured and/or ClearAudit if applicable. Delegates then get to embed the learning in case studies built around your business and relevant to the particular days programme be that diversity n recruitment or as specific as reasonsable adjustments.
