How Impact Works
Combining characteristic cards to create a unique persona, and impact cards that depict everyday work situations, players can experience how different identities are positively or negatively impacted by different situations.

Suitable for all levels of your organisation, it offers a powerful insight into the impact of leadership decisions, and how individuals can do more to create equity and belonging.
Ways to play
Facilitator supported course: One of our experts will run the activity in your place of work, supporting groups as they play and facilitating a reflection session to close.
Purchase your own deck: Card decks are available individually for purchase, though we do recommend having observed a session before you deliver it in-house.
Create a tailored deck: We’re happy to discuss creating a bespoke card deck, such as by tailoring the cards to your specific context or personalising them with your organisation’s branding.
